Grains and Beans
Dried beans - Williams farm just north of Rutland on Route 7 has dried beans
Cornmeal - I'm looking for information about a farm in Pownal that sells organic cornmeal
Wheat flour - Ben Gleason of Bridport sells his through Rutland Coop - and sometimes we get it for the Southwestern VT Eat Local Challenge potluck to sell
Oats - these come from Quebec through Vermont's localvore network - I'll get some for the challenge potluck and the Rutland Coop usually has it also.
